Financial Empowerment program by Women's Centre of York Region is a financial literacy program held once a week for 6 weeks. During the program, we cover topics such as budgeting, credit report and scores, financial planning and more. The program helps women get control of their finances and achieve financial independence. Upon completion of the program, participants are provided with grocery assistance in the form of gift cards.
