Hello! My name is Yiran Sun and I am a social media marketing lead for the Change The World team in Markham. I began working at CTW because I wanted to make a positive impact in our community. I still remember being hesitant to communicate my ideas at my first CTW meeting, but the welcoming atmosphere within our meetings really made me feel like I belonged. Being a part of this team has enabled me to take on more leadership roles and help organize many exciting events for our community. I think that this opportunity has helped me build my skills in leadership and communication, as well as teaching me how to manage my responsibilities. It is truly a delight to work with these dedicated volunteers to try and change the world for the better.
