Hi, I’m Grace and I’m an HR lead for this year. I’ve always admired the power of community and the effect that our positive actions can have. I was drawn to this organisation because I want to connect with my community while making an impact. I love volunteering at CTW and feeling like I’m making a change and helping the community. Being a part of this team has honed my soft skills, and encouraged me to take initiative while working with people.
