Senior Strength

Join us for an immersive workshop designed to equip seniors with tools for building mental resilience. Aimed at older adults, with all adults welcome.
Participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress and cultivate inner strength. Through a combination of breathing exercises, guided meditation sessions, and an exploration of the mind-body connection, seniors will experience these resilience building tools firsthand. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
