Natasha is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and public service sectors. With an undergraduate degree in Business and specialization in Human Resources, Natasha brings a wealth of experience focusing on the people aspects of the organization. She has hands on experience designing and leading programs on leadership development, employee experience, equity and inclusion and recognition to promote employee retention and engagement.

Natasha also has a master’s degree in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto which has enabled her to build her brand as a trusted advisor to senior executives helping to guide them on how to communicate effectively and lead authentically in today’s diverse world.

Outside of work, Natasha is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring the Toronto food scene, travelling, spending time with her family and on any given weekend can be found cheering loudly at her daughters soccer and volleyball games.
