Maha Masood has 7+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources as an HR Consultant and Business Partner. She is currently an HR Manager at a boutique HR consulting firm, called Bay Street HR. Her consulting role has given her exposure to work with many executives and boards within various industries, including Tech start-ups, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Media & Entertainment, Not-for-Profit, Mining and many more. She has a vast array of experience in multiple streams of HR such as; strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent and performance management, employment legislation etc. Maha has been a part of the IMVC Board of Directors since November 2018, as well as an active member of the Governance Committee. She is excited to provide on-going support to volunteerism in the City of Markham. Her passion is to continue to execute on the multiple projects that IMVC will be developing which will foster further growth and engagement within the wonderful community of Markham.
