WHEN: The virtual school will take place three times a week giving youth an opportunity to socialize, network, create, be inspired and receive $250 to launch their own businesses upon completion of their Public Relations Certificate.

-pitch news articles to journalists, act as a company spokesperson, write articles or blog posts
-liaise between their client and the news media.
