Learn practical ways to cultivate self-compassion and self-care, manage difficult emotions (e.g. stress, anxiety, anger, guilt and fear), replace automatic negative thoughts with healthier thoughts and be present and reconnect with your body. This series is reserved for adult women survivors of sexual trauma.
