Centre for Immigrant and Community Services (CICS) is providing a free event: Healthy Mind Healthy Community
We are welcoming newcomer youth and their families with a safe space to socialize with peers and engage in the community. All while developing awareness of mental health and the importance of wellness promotion. We will have activities such as gaming and wellness, mindfulness and emotional wellness and many others!
