minor ailments, such as: Cold, flu, fever, sore
throat, and other non-life-threatening conditions
We provide community and health services
navigation as needed
We also serve individuals without OHIP and
with no primary care provider
Please bring ID, medications (no narcotics)
and a mask to your appointment!
