Deeply passionate about honoring the richness of her home continent—its vibrant cultures and mouthwatering cuisine—Chef Patience is dedicated to presenting African food in its finest light.

Guided by her unofficial motto, “Fresh, Local, Seasonal, Organic,” she skillfully blends traditional African ingredients with flavors that resonate with Canadian palates.
