This powerful journey into the self is activated through the 3-stage active breath and blended with evocative music and sacred sounds. \nThis powerful experience can immediately shift you into a state of well-being and ecstasy while enhancing clarity\, creativity\, and problem-solving ability not available in the ordinary waking state. During this journey\, you’ll be fully supported to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and let go of old patterns\, beliefs\, and fears blocking your highest expression. \nAfter 25-30 minutes of active breathing\, you will be led through a guided visualization designed for you to see\, feel\, and attract what you want in your life\, as well as receive messages from your higher self.
