DESCRIPTION:Join us on 11 July for the screening of “The Ship” at the Lavazza IncluCity Festival. Miguel\, a financially struggling and sarcastic host of a children’s radio show called “THE SHIP”\, on the verge of cancellation\, takes on the enormous task of fulfilling the dying wish of a child with a terminal illness: to travel on “THE SHIP” and see the ocean for the first and last time. Through this adventure\, Miguel\, who is having a midlife crisis\, finds renewed purpose and meaning in life\, as he and the child help each other navigate their own struggles with loneliness and isolation. “La Nave” is a delicate and welcoming story that explores the power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. \n
