DESCRIPTION:Mindsafe Family Community Wellness Event: Navigating the Digital Age & Mental Health \nWe welcome all youth and families to a safe space where they can socialize with their peers and engage with the community while developing an awareness of mental health and the importance of promoting wellness\, especially during this challenging time. Families will be provided with resources\, knowledge\, and effective wellness strategies to use in their daily lives. \n🗓️Date: Saturday\, November 25th\, 2023 \n🕙Time: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM \n📍Location: Richmond Hill Welcome Centre\, 9325 Yonge Street\, Unit 31A\, Richmond Hill\, ON L4C 0A8 (Northeast Corner of Yonge & 16th) \n👥Eligibility: All families interested! No restrictions on who can attend! \n✨Event Highlights: This year\, our focus is on cyber safety\, general mental health and wellness\, self-care\, positive parenting\, and other topics.
