DESCRIPTION:About this event\nWhether you are new to our community or are a long-time resident\, “Just 4 You” is your space to build friendships\, learn something new and have some fun. Guest speakers and hands-on activities will be listed in advance. \nJanuary 14 th \nTopic: Creative Studio Tour + Activity \nJoin us for a tour of the Creative Studio\, where you’ll get an introduction to the equipment and tools available\, such as the 3D printer\, laser cutter\, and Cricut machine. Plus\, take part in a hands-on activity and bring home your own unique creation! \nFEBRUARY 11 \nTopic: Mood Painting \nJuanita Butler from CHATS will lead a Mood Painting experience and read the painting with the participant. All supplies will be provided. \nIn partnership with CHATS \nMARCH 11 \nTopic: Kirtan Meditation \nJoin Anna Leeming for a transformative Kirtan experience. Kirtan is a musical meditation practice involving call-and-response chanting. The chants\, sung in the ancient language of Sanskrit\, have been passed down for thousands of years. These sacred melodies invite deep healing\, open the heart\, and cultivate profound peace and inner stillness. \n
