DESCRIPTION:Next B4S session begins: Monday\, November 20th\, 2023 \nThrough 120 hours of facilitated classroom pre-employment workshops and 240 hours of paid work placement opportunities ($15.50/hour)\, B4S has the potential to make a lasting impact towards sustainable employment for youth.\nPre-employment workshops run for 4 consecutive weeks and are delivered Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. \nMonday/Wednesday/Friday: Virtual via Zoom\nTuesdays & Thursdays: In person at Home Base (10415 Yonge Street\, Richmond Hill) \nJoin us to enhance your employment skills and engage with our amazing employment counsellors while you complete a work placement✨ \nB4S is a 12 week employment program: Paid pre-employment and JOB PLACEMENT \nCertification Opportunities for:\n*Smart Serve\n*WHMIS\n*Food Hanlders\n*CannSell\n*First Aid & CPR \nParticipants in B4S must meet the following eligibility criteria: \nBe between the ages of 15-30\nAre currently unemployed/under-employed and not in school\nAccess to Wi-Fi and a laptop or computer\nA valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and legally eligible to work in Canada\nMust reside in York Region and surrounding areas\nWilling to attend workshops BOTH in-person and virtually \nFor more information or to apply visit:\n https://www.360kids.ca/programs-services/employment/base-4-success-b4s/ \n
