Aging Well: Fall Prevention Series

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Tuesday, repeating until July 16, 2024
Join us for a 4-week series of health presentations geared towards Older Adults and their caregivers. Led by health professionals from Markham’s Community Care Team at Heath for All , you will learn practical skills for addressing common health concerns. Although we hope that you will join us for the whole series, participants can also register for just a single session within the series.
This program is facilitated through Zoom. Registrants will receive a confirmation email upon registration. One day prior to the program registrants will receive an email with the event link.
