DESCRIPTION:Victim Services of York Region and York Regional Police are hosting the second annual Anti-Human Trafficking Conference in York Region. \nThis event will feature workshops and presentations from service providers across York Region and will cover topics such as the personal experience of a survivor’s mother\, how to protect personal safety\, self-esteem building and resilience. \nThis event is open to the public with a focus on caregivers and youth (11+).  \nWhen: Tuesday\, May 14 and Wednesday\, May 15 \nTime: 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. \nWhere: Seneca Polytechnic King Campus\, 13990 Dufferin Street\, King City \nReserve a spot on Eventbrite (registration is preferred however not required).
